By submitting your video through this form, you agree to the following terms:

1. Ownership & Rights
‍You confirm that: You are the rightful owner or authorized licensee of the video content. You have the legal right to submit the video for public display and promotion. Any music used in the video is original, properly licensed, or royalty-free.

2. Consent to Display
‍You grant YFM Plus the non-exclusive, royalty-free right to: Display your video on The Stage within the YFM Plus platform. Share, repost, and promote your video via YFM’s social media channels and email newsletters. Use your artist name and provided social handles for promotional purposes.

3. Community Standards
‍Submissions must not contain: Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment. Nudity, sexually explicit content, or graphic violence. Copyrighted material that you do not have permission to use.
YFM Plus reserves the right to reject or remove any video that violates these standards or doesn’t align with the platform’s values.

4. Voting & Rewards
‍Monthly voting results are final and determined by verified YFM Plus members. Points and promotional rewards are subject to change based on platform rules and community engagement. YFM Plus reserves the right to disqualify submissions found to be manipulating votes or violating rules.

5. Removal & Revocation
‍We reserve the right to remove any video submission at any time, without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: Violation of these terms Member misconduct Platform updates or moderation changes

6. Indemnity
‍You agree to hold harmless and indemnify YFM Plus and its partners from any claims, legal actions, or disputes arising from your submission.

Don’t submit anything you don’t own, don’t upload offensive stuff, and don’t try to game the system. If your video rocks and plays by the rules, we’ll help you get the spotlight.
